The Challenge
JMT Consulting’s existing Sage CRM system was outdated, desk-bound, and lacked the flexibility needed to support modern deathcare operations. The system could not handle the growing complexity of vendor management, task tracking, or reporting, and there was no mobile access for users. Without an upgrade, JMT risked operational inefficiencies, data security vulnerabilities, and limited scalability as their operations grew.
The Impact
Through a close collaboration with JMT Consulting, we delivered a fully secure, on-prem, and mobile-responsive platform that transformed cemetery management operations.
